Healthy Granola Bar Options

Recommendations for healthy options for granola bars is a common request. Since a lot of kids are back to school, that means we are once again thinking about packing lunches, after school snacks, or snacks before/after sports. While I typically don't recommend a bar everyday, I recognize that they can be convenient. Just be careful because some are almost like candy bars in disguise. I have compiled a list of some options that have 7 grams or less of sugar, 160 calories or less, and at least 2 grams of fiber. This is not an all inclusive list, there may be many more options out there.
