Who can go an Easter without having a chocolate covered peanut butter egg? I know I can't! Remember, there is nothing wrong with having one, but the problem becomes when there is an Easter Basket full of them staring you down!!!
I also like the idea of making your own!! This could be a fun activity to do with your kids. Not only do they taste great, but they also require minimal ingredients.
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar or sugar-free powdered sugar
Dash of salt
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder (preferably a quality brand, such as Ghirardelli)
2 Tbsp. coconut oil, (refined, if you're not a fan of the flavor of coconut)
2 Tbsp. honey, agave, or pure maple syrup (or other natural sweetener to taste)
