Peanut Butter and Chia Jam Oat Bites

I came across this recipe for Peanut Butter and Chia Jam Oat Bites over at www.theleangreenbean.com and thought that they would be perfect to bring to the beach or pool for a snack.  They could also be an option for a quick breakfast on the go. Enjoy!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)

  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup mashed banana

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1 egg

  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 3 Tbsp. sunflower seeds, optional

  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
