Pumpkin Overnight Oats

Makes 1 serving

 

Ingredients:

½ cup old fashioned rolled oats

½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

½ cup pumpkin puree

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

½ tsp ground tumeric

½ tsp kosher salt

 

Instructions:

 

Mix together the oats, almond milk, pumpkin, yogurt, tumeric, and salt in medium bowl.  Refrigerate overnight.  Enjoy cold, room temperature, or warmed.
