Adrianne Delgado, RD, LDN
Adrianne received her Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition from West Chester University, graduating with honors and a minor in Psychology. She has over 15 years experience in out-patient nutrition care and helping clients achieve results. In 2015, Adrianne received her Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management. Adrianne's passion includes helping her patients have a positive relationship with food, improve energy levels and live their best life.
Adrianne resides in Royersford with her husband and 5 children. She enjoys running, cooking, tending to her fruit and vegetable gardens, and spending time with family.
Heather Irwin, MS, RD, LDN
Heather received her Bachelor of Science in nutrition from West Virginia University and Master of Science from Marywood University. She has over 19 years of experience working as both a clinical dietitian and in private practice. In 2017, Heather received her Certificate of training in Adult Weight Management. Along with her background in providing medical nutrition therapy, she has a strong interest in sports nutrition and helping athletes achieve their goals. She is also passionate about promoting health through a balanced lifestyle and helping clients develop a healthy relationship with food.
Heather resides in Limerick with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys competing in triathlons, working out, watching her kids play sports, and spending time with family and friends.
Lauren Zanikos RD, LDN
Lauren received her Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition from LaSalle University. Lauren has primarily worked as a clinical dietitian and is looking forward to serving patients in an outpatient setting. She has a strong background in behavioral health, experience with vegetarian/vegan nutrition, and a sincere goal to help people achieve wellness through nutrition. She appreciates the unique relationship that each person has with eating and strives to support her patients in attaining a realistic, healthy lifestyle.
Lauren enjoys personal training, all types of exercise, yoga and cross training. She also is a potter, has a degree in Fine Arts, and enjoys traveling. In her down time, she can often be found hiking, cooking, spending time with her fiancee or playing fetch with her dog.
Wendy Woolley, RD, LDN
Wendy is a graduate of the University of Delaware where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in nutritional science and dietetics. She has over 20 years of experience in the field. Her areas of expertise include medical nutrition therapy, weight loss and sports nutrition.
As a busy mom of two active teens, Wendy understands the challenge of making healthy choices in the midst of a busy life. As a result, she is able to provide recommendations that are both realistic and personalized. Wendy's goal is to help her clients exceed their health goals and achieve long-term success.
Wendy cherishes time spent with her family, friends and dogs. She can often be found at her sons’ sporting events, being active outside, working around the house or exercising.
Michelle Donovan, MS, RD, LDN
Michelle received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from Penn State University and her Master of Science degree from Texas A&M University. She has over 25 years of experience in the field of nutrition, working in hospitals, long term care, Early Intervention, higher education, and private practice. Michelle has a certificate in Sports Conditioning from the American Council on Exercise. She has taught college classes in Basic Nutrition, Weight Training / Conditioning, and Personal Health / Wellness. Michelle believes that eating right and moving will help improve her clients' health and wellbeing. She has experience with food allergies, vegetarian diets, and sports nutrition.
Michelle resides in Skippack with her husband, 4 children and 2 dogs. She enjoys weight training, hiking, cooking, and reading. Menu planning is an important part of her life as she has 2 children with Celiac disease.
Holly Lockhoff, MS, RD, LDN, CNSC
Holly received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from West Chester University and her Master of Science degree from Northeastern University. Most of her career has been spent working in hospitals, providing medical nutrition therapy. She has a strong interest in Sports Nutrition and has worked with local sports organizations. She also has experience in vegetarian diets and corporate wellness. Holly is passionate about helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals through sustainable diet and lifestyle changes.
Holly lives in Conshohocken with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys all types of exercise, including running, cross training and hiking. She enjoys cooking and is a self-proclaimed expert at meal prepping.
